the dining room at Greshornish House. Colin's
menus have flair and imagination and his dishes,
using the freshest of local seafood, garden fruit
and vegetables, Highland meat and game, Scottish
cheeses and other national produce, are individually
prepared and beautifully presented. Candlelit
dinner, complemented by wine selected from our
well-stocked cellar, will be a memorable part
of your stay. We would like to believe that you
will not eat better on Skye - perhaps not even
in Scotland!

dining room is open to non-residents
for lunches and dinners; booking is strongly advised.
Breakfast,
morning coffee, light lunches, afternoon teas
and children's meals are served in the Conservatory,
where a light supper can also be taken by prior
arrrangement.
