What's New?

Over the winter season, a major project was undertaken, to refurbish the kitchens, add a conservatory, convert the old Victorian kitchens (more recently a bar) into a dining room, and the dining room into a smaller cocktail bar with a proper place to receive and welcome our guests.

The opportunity was also taken to add appropriate facilities for our disabled visitors. Even though, sadly, we are still unable to offer a ground floor bedroom, we now have no difficulty accommodating wheelchairs in the dining room, conservatory and bar!

All this means that there is now plenty of room for all our guests in the dining room, and we are also well able to cater for a number of non-resident diners even when the hotel is full.

The Conservatory offers a sunny place for coffees, light lunches, and afternoon teas. For the summer season we will also be serving pre-booked Sunday lunches from £14.95 for a two course meal.

Greshornish House is now an ideal venue for a weekend away or a special occasion. The additional space means that we can host functions for 40 - 50 people as we have recently proved with a local family wedding, and for a large group from West London who were visiting the Isle of Skye for a bank holiday break and a few Scottish reels. What better place for an executive break, or an exclusive corporate weekend?
